Order and payment

You choose one pet, one version and a delivery address in the Netherlands. Prices are in euros. The server calculates the current product amount, shipping, any discount and the total before Stripe processes payment.

A verified account can start one initial render for free and request one revision. Every confirmed purchase adds five render starts to the account. Returning to our success page does not by itself confirm payment.

Render and revision

Every render shows one personal result. Each render includes one revision without consuming another render start. Your request describes what should change.

Reviewing, revising or linking a render to an order is not final approval. Production starts only after separate confirmation of the exact render.

Refund and made-to-order work

After payment, you may request a full refund if you are dissatisfied. Choose a reason and add a short explanation. A revision is not required. Your request must arrive before final approval and before physical production starts.

A refund revokes unused render credits from that purchase. Previously consumed render work remains in the audit record.

After final approval or once production has started, this specific satisfaction guarantee no longer applies. Your statutory rights for faults or defects remain in place.

Delivery

We deliver only to addresses in the Netherlands. The estimated delivery time appears at checkout and also depends on how quickly you review the design.
