A verified account gets one initial render for free and can request one revision. Every confirmed purchase adds five new render starts.

When you can request a refund

You can use the satisfaction guarantee after a confirmed purchase while you have not finally approved the render and physical production has not started. A revision is not required. Choose a reason and add a short explanation.

When the guarantee ends

After final approval or the start of physical production, this satisfaction guarantee no longer applies. Approval is tied to the exact render version shown at that moment.

This commercial guarantee does not limit your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged or defective.

How to request a refund

Open the order in your account. The order page shows the refund option while you have not approved the render and production has not started. Select what dissatisfied you, add a short explanation and confirm the request.
